If you have DeltaCare or another managed care plan, please make sure you are assigned to one of our office’s rosters (i.e., Dr. Brenden Davis) before requesting an appointment; it may take DeltaCare up to 60 days for a roster reassignment to fully process. DeltaCare patients who are not assigned to Dr. Davis on the date of their visit will be responsible for charges; this is a limitation of your plan. It is your responsibility to talk to DeltaCare and make this change (we cannot do it for you).
If you have an urgent dental need when our office is closed, please go to urgent care or the emergency room.

The after hours on-call dentist for established patients can be reached at 855-426-9646. Leave a message and the dentist will call you back within 24 hours to discuss your needs. You may be asked to call the office during business hours to make an appointment.
