Insurance and Payment Options
We accept most dental insurance plans. Our dentists participate as PPO/in-network providers for plans through Delta Dental, DeltaCare of WA, Aetna, Asuris, Cigna, GEHA, MetLife, Regence, United Concordia, UnitedHealthcare, Medicaid (AppleHealth), active duty military (ADDP), and many Medicare Advantage dental plans (and more). We are not in network with Lifewise and Willamette.
Our offices are contracted with DeltaCare of WA!
If you have a DeltaCare (of WA) plan, make sure you are assigned to one of our offices before making an appointment. You will not be covered if you are not assigned. We are NOT in network with DeltaCareUSA.
For our uninsured patients and those whose plans offer limited coverage, we offer our dental DISCOUNT membership club to manage and reduce preventative and treatment costs.
Other payment options include Care Credit and HSA credit/debit.
